Jean,

Just to play "devil's" advocate for a minute I'll take FTEL's side on your arguement.

First, these type of reports are typically frought with all kinds of disclaimers. With the US being a society that will litigate at the drop of a hat company's must be very careful that they do not hype.

Secondly, as far as FTEL holding the bag on FNET's debt I think that the IPO is supposed to eliminate that problem. I fully realize that we have a long way to go before FNET will garner anywhere near 10-15 dollars per share on an IPO.

It will take some heavy duty contracts and partners, IMO. But IF FTEL'S product is as good as we think then this should be do-able.

We wouldn't be human if we weren't feeling down right now. DEC is notoriously a LOUSY month, especially for the little stocks.

I currently own around 50K shares of FTEL. I haven't sold one. I'm waiting for announcements after the 1st of the year and will watch very carefully for CONTRACTS to be signed. Movement created by this will get us ALL out of our FUNKS, IMO of course....

I think I'll trust "Frank & Co." for a while longer<g>...

Regards to all,

Bob Mustic
