Manfred...Jim..et al....I know that Manfred understands where I have been coming from and Jim , I think that you're a little more mellow, at the moment, so I am going to try to explain one more time what I'm still doing here.

I got into Techniclone because of information I was given by an idiot broker who should be boiled in oil. By the time I realized that he didn't know anything he wasn't getting from touts, I was already a long term investor. I have tried to do my own due diligence since then, and since I don't like to trade, I have stayed with the Company.

This Company, thanks to Dr. Epstein, has marvelous science which needs to be brought through the testing phases and marketed. I believe that this will happen. I am not adverse to the idea of investing additional capital and averaging down, as a matter of fact I have been adding little pieces to my position. But, until management changes, I would not put any meaningful additional capital into the company. Stone has been promising for too long that he would go and has not done so. I do think that a new management team with the respect of Wall Street is what this Company needs. A new CEO with the talents needed to bring the products through the testing phases and to market is what the Company must have at this time. It is the one thing that Stone & his team can do to assure that the Company will survive. After that, it is the responsibility of the new CEO, his team and those stockholders to help in any way possible including the raising of additional capital in such a way that those who did stand by the Company in these lean years will not be devastated. If Stone and Co provide the right candidate this time, it will be to their credit. Recognizing that a Company needs new invigorated, competent and professional leadership is an indication of strength not weakness. So I, along with many others, hope that this time, we really are on the verge of getting that new leadership which we need and that Lon Stone will not try to extend, once again, his tenure at the helm. It is time for him to go..and if he does it right, it can be for the benefit of himself as well as all the stockholders.

I am hoping that all the new posters to the thread will continue to provide their input and that next year at this time, we will be a happier and more prosperous group of people. I, for one, am hoping that the new year will bring us that new leadership, infusion of capital and test results that we need!

I want to say one more thing. When the stock is worth a million (don't laugh) the difference between getting in at 2 or at 7 will be $5 out of $1,000,000. (unless you would have bought 3 1/2 X as much stock).

Am I an incurrable optomist, or what?
