They don't have a good business climate because of socialism, they have a good business climate despite it.

Hate to break it to you Tim, but almost all of those advantages are because of their socialism. While you might be able to have many of those in a more capitalistic economy, the result would be so onerous on the average person that you would be courting revolution. Because in the real world, there is a thing know as "trade offs".
