He was, in fact, an Affirmative Action editor of the HLR, and it is a fact that he had never, and still never, wrote a SINGLE SCHOLARLY PAPER. Unprecedented for an editor of the HLR. He was never a constitutional law professor. He was an adjunct who taught what amounted to Civics -- constitutional issues for NON-MAJORS. I don't care who claims it, that is NOT a "constitutional law professor."
