(1) If you have a broker, indicate with them for the stock. It's a "new issue". Your broker will have to be part of the selling "syndicate". You can contact lead underwriters and ask if they know who else is in the syndicate by now: Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Hambrecht & Quist; Wessels, Arnold & Henderson.
(2) Also, have you seen abcnews.com
