Good for You Riley!! That may just be your saving grace from having a complaint filed against you by the Feds. If you don't make any money then they can't really fine you 3x "nada" in fines can they. But you are right, your only possible salvation might be to have everyone take possession of their stock in certificate form. Makes for good Tinder on those cold, blustry, mornings. And if their is a heavy short position out there, and this company gets its money(fat chance), then you might find an exit strategy that reclaims even part of your principle. That's not true Riley. You told us you sold some shares to a friend at cost. And you kept 10,000 shares in street name while telling everyone else to demand their certificates.

You are just as entitled to make a profit on your investments as anyone else. You bought into OVIS in early August in the $.20 range. By August 22nd, the stock was at almost 10 times that amount. Did you sell any shares before August 22nd? I am just curious, since you pinpointed a specific date. Best to you.
