Thanks Sam; considering the definiton of developing you gave, TXB's press releases were not misleading at all. As far as I am concerned, after all this rational discussion, that point of Mr Wexler's is wrong. Now, if Mr Wexler would please provide his evidence for his much more serious claim, that TXB "fudged" their clinical trial results, we could rationaly discuss it. However, I doubt we will see this evidence, because I seriously doubt that it exists. P.S. Thanks for the site link; I really like it! Brad
