DJ<I like what I invested in>You must be a very nice guy- I would be irrate at management!.period....DD
PS: I would be sending faxes to the company, the h*ll with Mike's company-my time would be better spent trying to get my investment back, then a slap on someones wrist..I recently voiced my opinion about a 144 sale of 5000 shares ($750) by an EXSO VP, a few weeks back, I felt it wasn't apropriate with the stock price falling-set a bad tone.
The company emailed me and explained the sale was for tax purposes,I still believe in my reasoning(perhaps petty),but was impressed the company took the time to address my concerns..

DJ,
With all respect to Tonto, the pieces appear to be coming together. I have MM's/ brokers who are clients of mine. I was told, quite candidly, that brokers have been 'rumored' to slam stocks on the internet for profit, they're hired to do so. I was told in some cases the fees are more than what they make as a broker.
But, brokers who do such things will never be employment candidates of respectable firms.
A HYPOTHETICAL CASE: A broker has been slamming stocks on the internet, always a stock with a large short position or a potential squeeze. The broker finds his firm is being bought out by a larger firm that doesn't tolerate that unethical behavoir. The broker starts a job search. One firm he calls is aware of his doings and politely informs him they are not interested. The broker, in this HYPOTHETICAL case, finds himself in a precarious position because the shareholders of the hypothetical stocks he attempted to slam are contacting hypothetical ethical firms to inform them of this hypothetical brokers disregard of 15USCChapter2A, sub.i.,77q.
So, where Tonto could not find the relevance of reproducing those posts, RMIL longs can! Any LEGAL avenue will be exploited to protect our investment! We will not tolerate ILLEGAL naked shorting, guns for hire, or unethical brokers. We will not remain idle., Pugs
