I am not certain which people you mean? Riley made several posts to alert the SEC to iregularities....even supplied the addresses. I have done this also. Let me give you an example....AMZN....has never made a profit...ever.. competition is coming on board with other very large established book companies..also now going on line. I think that AMZN has no or little future...I can post that. I can post all the reasons why or none at all. Now if I lied and said they had a fire or their were embezzlers in the company...I would have then crossed the line... and even more so if I had an interest....in their failure.

DJ, You can contact the SEC directly, or go to their website. Email them at help@sec.gov and ask for a list of all complaints against the companies you are referring to. You may be able to specify complaints by certain individuals. Give them about 2-3 weeks and they should send you a nice letter detailing outstanding complaints against these companies. That is public information. However, who made the complaints is not and you will need to detail your justifications for requesting names. Coffee break is about over.
