The "not classified at the time " emails line is a red herring because they originated on her server and the State Department was unaware of them until turned over by Hillary or discovered by the FBI.

Now you are making up new requirements. The "presumed classified" is not how it works. It would be impossible to carry on daily functions under that kind of rule. Which is why it doesn't exist.
