It did not specify what bank or what currency.

Hi Paul,

Right on, I couldn't have said it better. Just a word of advise to all
folks reading this post. Pay off as much of your debt as you can now.
Set a small amount aside to continue and use the rest to pay off your
plastic. Reduce it as much as you can. When the price of gold goes up
so will the interest rates.
