Mike, you might recall my posts where I pointed out that some of the best short opportunities available are with stocks near or even on their lows. I don't know who "they" are, but I'm sure not one of them.

Mike, IMO it is dangerous to short ATML without looking at the fundamentals carefully. I used to be long through last summer when I sold at around 34. Have not looked at it recently but at this level it is smelling buy to me, of course to be confirmed by some homework. IMO probably a victim of Asian concerns, probably overdone.
