<I agree that a halt by SEC is not good for any company, but if the shareholders have already lost their value, what is the movation to sell now> For your answer, look at the threads of other stocks which have been halted. And then look at the prices immediately after trading resumes. I cannot tell you what to do here. But you need to know that there is still at least some risk of losing all of your money here. Take the value at the bid (if/when this opens) and decide whether or not you choose to put that amount of money still at risk here.
