I think I understand.....not 100% sure...this is how it might work

If you own 100 shares, after the re-cap, you will have 8 shares. To compansate for this, they will pay you between 1.35-1.75 for the 100 shares and you still keep the 8 shares at whatever price they are trading then. In effect, the investor or investors are buying our shares 92% at the rate of 1.35 to 1.75. I think the remaining 8% might still be valued at the same price, i.e about 1 to 1.75.

The sale went through....they probably haven't updated the web site yet. Check the press release on the sale. Also, sale might take a few months before everything is worked out....they may still own JFS till the final instalment of money exachanges hands.
