Nice job Eman, thanks for the concise update.

I certainly don't expect a sale of the company to be pushed until Denner can exercise all his warrants in 6 months anyway.

Thank you so much Eman. You have shed a lot of light for me on what is going on with RTD, US rights and Vitaros sales in the EU.

Pascoe's sales target of 500K units of Vitaros a quarter in the EU would yield $5M in annual royalty profit, assuming a profit of $2.50 per unit (I am just guessing). $5M is nothing to sneeze at...but three to four times that is where I was hoping we would be by now. $15M - $20M annually is what the company really needs to offset annual costs in a meaningful way.

You are so right that Sprout owners Cindy and her hubby fleeced Valeant royally.

Very Nice Work Eman!!

I could hardly hear your voice on the conference but I knew it was you when Pascoe said your name =}
( just finished listening to the Investor Presentation before I got on S.I. to look at the different posts ).

Very good Feedback on all your points!

I hope they start launching in other countries soon - to get that Vitaros Unit sales higher!! 500,000 per quarter is pretty good.! ( I hope we start triggering those sales milestones soon - most of the $200M Value of Vitaros is unlocked by unit sales ). But 500,000 per month would be way better! I still think that we need 1M units sold per month in order to be cash flow positive / profitable . Although you never know - if we ever reach that amount - the goal line might have moved by then.

On the Germany Issue, my gut feeling was that Sandoz was waiting on the new cold temperature dispenser. Did you feel that Pascoe hint towards that? Or they simply are waiting?

Any sense on a timeline for the NEW cold temperature dispenser for Vitaros? I believe I have read that they intend to submit for approval this year. Any sense of how soon?

Again, Very good work - Eicoman!!
