Added to CECE position today on the downgrade to sell. The dividend Yield of over 4%+ looks well covered by earnings going forward. Although very untimely, good for myself holding till a recovery. Although smallish the insiders have been buying. They were open market purchases which is a lot more impressive than larger 0 strike previously priced executed options. P.S. Passive investors ICARUS INVESTMENT CORP . A 10% owner has also been a buyer of late.
