Mahmoud An AMD spokesman said on 3/3 that the Zen design was complete. What exactly that means is not clear. If RTL is frozen on can say the design is complete but that doesn't mean there is silicon nor does it necessarily mean tapeout has happened. If there is working silicon it would seem pretty easy to say "we have working silicon". Words from AMD are carefully crafted to allow fanboyz to believe what they want while AMD can deny they ever said it. In this case AMD has not said they have silicon. They've said the design is complete.
