Why should he? The Right did away with requiring facts a long time ago. Now faith, rumor, innuendo, guilt by association and wishful thinking are a lot more important than mere facts...

Now it may turn out that Hillary is guilty of something. In which case, I am pretty sure the FBI will charge her. But if they don't, you shouldn't expect them to drop this. We will have another 8 years to hear about this...

What "fact" is getting in the way of my opinion that Hillary broke the law?

I already explained to you why I think she did.

Are you of the opinion that if someone broke a law but is not indicted or not found guilty in a court of law, that person really didn't break the law?
