The fact that you don't have any facts...
FACT: Hillary set up a private e-mail server, which went against the spirit if not the letter of the laws and regulations. (If they didn't, then no one would give a damn, especially the NYTimes who broke the story in the first place.)

FACT: Some of the e-mails actually contained classified info. Whether it got classified after the fact or not doesn't matter. Whether YOU think it's nonsense to classify that info after the fact doesn't matter.

FACT: As a result of her actions, the State Department MUST spend the time and resources to figure out how much damage she did and how much risk this represented to the security and welfare of our nation. This is not an optional endeavor.

FACT: Hillary once expressed "surprise" that some employee at the State Department used a personal e-mail account.

You have some nerve claiming that I don't have any facts, which tells me you really can't defend Hillary's actions and don't want to.

This is a crime. If you take classified information off of SIPRNet and put it on the open network, you have committed a crime.
