Karl, yhoo show Zitel as having 105 employees. That may not include all the acquisitions. I think that troubles may surface at MD before they do at Zitel, the MD financials were horrible and they are burning money fast. There is just no substitute for revenue and earnings, some think the y2k companies are exempt from financials, but it ain't so.

I still here stories that Zitel and MD have "secret revenue" that can't be reported yet. That is NOT true. I could imagine a contract that prevents them from publicly naming the client, but you can be certain the revenue was reported on the 10q.

Karl, as of 9/30/97, Zitel has 246 employees. From the 10-Q:

"At the end of fiscal 1997, the Company employed 246 persons on a full-time basis: 62 in research and development, 21 in manufacturing, 117 in sales and marketing, and 46 in general management and administration."
