Henry, thanks for the URL. As a longtime lurker, retired Wall Street Warrior (well, the commuting added to it too) and scanner of many SI threads I now enjoy reading posts by many here, including you, and among others, Mike Wendell.

I'm a Naxos long and believer, but I have a question concerning Mr. Wendell. I began reading Mr. Wendell's "New Age" thread at it's inception and was quite interested in his posts. But as I remember, he had little or no knowledge of the DDs when he first started that thread. I wonder how much he has learned over this short period (between starting his thread and now) re the DDs. What's changed it?

I think I stopped reading when he stated he was no longer going to post to the thread. I stopped reading the New Age thread somewhere in the 200 posting range and will have to find the time to catch up there as time permits.

Anyone who has not read through the "New Age" thread might want to review what Mr. Wendell has had to say on it. I confess, my specialty certainly is not in this area, and Mr. Wendell's posts on his experiences seem quite informative, and I believe sincere.

Some Naxos believers have been around since the early 90's (and even longer?). Are we getting closer? Is Mr. Wendell now becoming a believer, as well as others? Are we really gaining some momentum here, as we all wish to believe?

The more exposure in '98 we get, the better. Hopefully, company correspondance will be released more frequently and fuel the interest of these DDs more so.

Say, you want a(n) (r)evolution?

Best to All in '98.

The Lurkness Ponderer, Jack

Henry, thanks for the update. Not too long ago, when I came out of lurkerdome at Mark Silver's urgings, I found Mr. Wendell's posts interesting and asked if he would comment on Naxos. He abruptly decided to stop posting. To say the least, I found that odd. I now suspect it had something to do with his growing ties to GPGI. I was pleasantly surprised to see Mr. Wendell referring to our own Fred Arkoosh and Jimmy John as pioneers in the ongoing effort to unlock the mystery of the DD ores (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=3039268). His new openness in discussing the DD's is refreshing. Unlike the naysayers (people like E. Charters), this person seems to have an open mind about the potential of the DD's.
