Al,
DP knowingly passed CLASSIFIED and so marked information to his mistress...and he was slapped with a misdemeanor.
He pleaded guilty to the mishandling of classified information.

Hillary also mishandled classified information by using a personal e-mail server. Like I said before, it doesn't matter whether it was deemed classified after the fact.

Still waiting for you to explain why you think a crime isn't a crime if the person committing it isn't indicted or convicted of it.

Maybe it's because the person committing it is a Democrat.

Or maybe because TRUMP ...

Anything to avoid having to defend yourself.

He didn't put it on an unsecured/poorly secured server, one of the most prized hacking targets in the world, and make it available to every foreign intelligence service in the world. THAT was the crime Now Obama may let it go, but no one else is.
