I agree, it seems inevitable, but you are right they could do a 10:1 without a vote. That would bring things down to a more reasonable 40M shares and give them a chance to cash up to advance their new properties and continue work on VD.

Who knows where the sp goes after a consolidation, but most of the time it goes down. With 400M shares and basically no working money, they are not in great shape to move forward.

Of course, the company could easily decide to purchase yet another property too. Since 2012, they have been steadily building a portfolio.

someone on another board wrote about how they said they spoke to elmer over the phone before xmas and asked about consolidation and dilution. caller was told they weren't a fan of that stuff unless there was a good reason for it. and then BAM!, week later they diluted. so based on this i have no doubts that consolidation will happen at some point. with 99.9% certainty i think.
