Sam: Interesting point. ALSC increased their capital holdings in USC from $54.7 million to $75.0 million somewhere between 6/30 and 9/30. There is no mention from management on the timing of this event or what the implications on the cash flow were. However, if you look at the period from 3/30 -6/30 you will note Accounts Payable increased by $20 million. Coincidence? Whenever management remains silent on a major investment, my experience has led me to be suspicious. 90 days. Ken
