Anyone read Good to Great by Jim Collins ? In the Social Sector Supplement he outlines what type of person is best for positions in social structures . In the book it was for businesses . Find a leader with those traits get it started and US can get back to being Greater than it has ever been . Trudeau's father died when he was young . A high % of CEO's have similar circumstances . They are motivated . Not sure if he has enough stuff to carry him to great leader . We shall see in time .
