I well remember Drudge running hit pieces daily against Romney's opponents in the primaries and I remember people on PfP following right along. Though I voted for Romney in the general, I recall thinking and saying it was a mistake to run a liberal Republican who DESIGNED for his state the model for Obamacare (Romneycare). Liddy Bill is a big lib west coast repub He's not even that, he's a libertarian. The Romney people said the same thing the Trump people are now ... just the other day one said you can't elect an ideological conservative like Cruz. How do they know, they haven't run one since Reagan?
