I agree, so it should be relatively simple to change the ToS to reflect the status quo, and then there would be no need for questions to be asked about a no-notice Admin policy change that is not currently shown in the ToS.

As a long-time member of SI I find the current cavalier attitude of SI Admin to members somewhat disturbing. There seems to be very little respect accorded to members, as if they really were not the reason the site for the existence of SI,

I am repeatedly having a problem where an AD region that is invisible expect for the border is overlaid over some of my subject marks. If I attempt to go to one of the new posts on a subject, it takes me to the advertiser's website. You can see the border in the gif below.
