Clinton,
It did'nt make sense to me that the Money flow would look good here w/ the stock selling off. I checked the money flow index on my software( which I don't usually use) and it give overbought/oversold lines. I belive they are trying to show that the stock is shortterm oversold. A bear flag is a continuation pattern in a downtrend. Sometimes when a stock has sold off it will rally on decreasing volume(looks like an upsidedown flag) this usually means the stock is going lower. The psycholgy is that people see a stock off and say " hey look MSFT is off 15 points, it must be a good buy here" the stock rallys and others use it as a point to get out.
