Hi Riskmgmt, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and I believe insightful sense of balance and perspective that you bring to this matter. I personally feel bad that such genuinely great group of insightful and bright folks have had this flair up / contretemps and do not want to be driving folks off because of hurt feelings.

I am disappointed in myself for not being able to more and artfully facilitate a fair brokering of communication among all of us so that everyone's valuable contributions and perspectives are valued... as they truly are.
