Al, I noticed you didn't answer my question regarding whether any other employee of the State Department would have gotten away with a personal e-mail server. I also noticed you only acknowledged the Republican side of the politics behind Hillary's potential indictment.

You are assuming that she is going to get away with "it"...I have said more than once that we need to wait for the investigation...also, I can't find examples of dems doing the equivalent of suing the state department, even before the investigation's results are public. It should not be a surprise to anyone that the RNC and republicans are using this to chip away at Clinton's image just as they have the Benghazi debacle (see Kevin McCarthy).

If your only defense is "Well Colin Powell also did it," that's pretty weak. "But officer, that guy ahead of me was also speeding. Why don't you catch him as well?

Come now, we don't prosecute crimes selectively simply because there isn't enough law enforcement to stop every potential "speeder".

Al
