I don't. If your point is that money, and the acquisition of such, is too embedded in politics, I am with you on that. Unfortunately, people like Tip O'Neill have been more the exception than the rule. And this goes back to Hamilton and the deal to buy up debt from the Revolutionary War and then have Congress guarantee re-payment by cutting Congressmen in on the deal.
