Bob, You are correct in stating that some Christians are brought up and trained to believe as others have taught them and are quite ridgid in being able to see past the end of their nose. The Holy Spirit has led me to different conclusions when considering the doctrine of most churches. I depend on Holy Spirit guidance in Bible interpretation. That doesn't mean that I don't read other's works that are more learned than I am. But the final decision is what I think God leads me to believe. Now I have put forth quite a bit of strong evidence over the last few days and if it does not lead you to research this position on the rapture than there is little more that I can say. I will end on this note: That the rapture and the second coming are two different events. In the rapture Christ takes the Church from the earth to Heaven. In the second coming Christ brings the Church from Heaven to the earth. The two events are totally different. Once again, I invite you to read the precious legacy that Christ gave to His desciples in JOHN 14. My hands are now clean also. James
