This was discussed months ago. And you were sitting on it until now? So what?

Why did Morgan put out a press release about the refurbishing of the Pilar del Caribe, a rusting hulk, half sunk near Lime Cay outside of Kingston Harbor.

And why no mention of the fact that it was seized in a drug raid?
