For what period does that $107 price target hold?

Point and Figure charts are graphs with NO time element.
Rather unique, wouldn't you say?
The price (in this case $107) was formed when AAPL reversed course from negative to positive.
It became an objective, not a target. It will hold until the publisher changes it (StockCharts.com).

I first became acquainted with P&F charting some 53 years ago.
It was great for charting (by hand) some 100 stocks after the ticker tape was done for the day.
You didn't have to make any marks on the chart if there was not enough movement that day.
This also meant you could look at the charts in the evening, not have to wait until next day's WSJ.
There were no personal computers back then and charts by snail-mail was too slow.
I mainly (in conjunction with other things) use them now to help identify support/resistance.
