Well.. I am reassured that the USA still aspires to freedom, democracy, and the rule of law.

I would hate to think USA citizens ...or anyone else... are expected to belong to some "groupthink" and, if not, ... the bands of roaming death squads are going to pay one a visit.

It's a bit of an Stalinesque scenario, if any truth was in it, don't ya think ?

Maybe we have evolved beyond that... maybe not.

To put is simply yep, it's believable. In today's America the justice is blind
but only for those in the know, there is no accountability, hence no bankers
in jail.....Obama's decree look forward in regards to torture, so ya I do
believe shit like this happens.
