Coming and yes - several not to mention the ones she wrote herself.

Email is not classified because it has a label, it's classified because of it's content - anyone in her position would know a classified subject when she hears/writes one.

Do you have any proof? Any at all?

You mean like the ones so secret they can't be released?

politico.com

22 Hillary Clinton emails declared 'top secret' by State Dept.
The new releases and the “top secret” batch brought the number of emails in Clinton’s account deemed classified to more than 1,600. In the new release, 11 more emails were designated as “secret,” which is the middle tier of classification, while 231 were labeled at the lowest tier, “confidential.”

That is kind of a stupid proposition, given that she can't see if it was "marked classified" until it was received on her server. So, what difference does it make whether it was "marked" classified?

And in fact, it doesn't. She should assume every document was classified until she had definitive knowledge to the contrary. Sent, received, marked, unmarked, whatever.

It was stupid. Incompetent. And I'm pretty sure it was illegal. And that the FBI is will recommend prosecution. The only question is whether Obama and his team will do it.
