TopCat,
I don't understand the continual debate about the classification of her emails. It was against policy (and good judgement) to have a private server in the first place.
The classification of her e-mails matter because the State Department has to evaluate exactly what classified info was made vulnerable and what risk it posed to our national security. Even if the risk turns out to be minimal, the fact that the State Department has to figure all of this out is a major hassle.

CJ would have a better argument if he claimed that the classified info was likely inconsequential in nature. Even though Hillary exercised poor judgement in handling it, ultimately it likely didn't do much damage, certainly not enough to justify the big tempest that the GOP is brewing in a teapot.

Doesn't change the fact that Hillary broke the law, and that the law is there for a good reason, but the amount of damage done does weigh into the decision to indict and pursue charges. Unfortunately, politics weighs a LOT more in that decision, and I can almost guarantee you that Hillary won't be indicted as a result.
