I don't know if they ever had an office at another location in the Dallas area. But they have been in that area for a long time (about 19 years or so), so anything could be possible.

Thanks for the research and spate of interesting posts (at least for me). Thought Ira Monas was CEO as well. Does anyone know what his relationship to the family that started the company is? In-law, employee, etc.? Does the Adams family (no pun) still hold large portion of stock?

It is possible that if the lien related to employee related taxes, the jurisdiction might be based upon where work was performed by the employees rather than the location of the office operated by Firamada (or whatever subsidiary had the office in Dallas).
