Hello! Paul,

How many of the 86,000,000 shares of CVIA that were traded in the last two months do you think were convertable debentures being cashed in?

I'd be very interested to read your opinion! Could you also share with us where you were able to secure your information?

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Hello! Paul,

On a previous CVIA posting, I indicated that CVIA had traded approximately 86,000,000 shares ! ( Over the past two months!)

You then responded via a CVIA posting indicating ," Many of the shares traded in the past two months were convertable debentures being cashed in."

In turn , I posted the question to you , asking you to share with this thread your source of information that substantiated your opinion!

Since to this point in time, I haven't found your response or feedback, I took the initiative to contact Jack Arnold first thing this morning!

The response that I received from Jack Arnold at 7:17 A.M. this morning on Monday December 29, 1997. was,

" Dear Wayne, The debenture conversions were completed some time ago. I cannot comment on a specific number of conversions, but I can say that it is a VERY small percentage of the amount
( 86 Million Shares ) you mentioned. Happy New Year, Jack Arnold.")

I hope this gives some additional insight, to any one that is interested!

Paul, I respectfully , would appreciate any/all additional information that you could provide that supports or otherwise addresses the topic of the CVIA Debentures! As it relates to the points discussed in our previous few CVIA postings!

I hope this helps!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
