I'm not suprised at all. I for one can't wait myself. Who wants to buy a DirecDuo satellite system ? You still have to subscribe to an internet provider to upload data. How much is an ISDN connection ? Forget it. Based on what I've read,and researched, there's nothing out there that can beat the speed of the cable modem at a reasonable price. Here I have a 56K modem and the fastest uplink speed I can find in my area is 26,4. There are 56K providers, but I've your house and neighborhood is wired with the old copper wires, you're just waisting money buying the 56K modem.
