The only way this would happen is if the FEB35s were at parity with
the common. (example: Iomega was trading at 40 and the FEB35 was
trading at 5.) This would only happen if Iomega was well above 35
close to expiration.

In that case, I would buy back the FEB35s, sell the FEB25s, and
pocket a 10 point profit. (It's always best to close a spread
when it's near parity anyway. Take advantage of the opportinity
cost!)
