Thanks for the article Angela, can you (or anyone) help me with this quote from that article: "The joint DRAM manufacturing venture between Texas Instruments Inc. of Dallas and Taiwan's Acer Inc. plans to replace the aging 6-inch production equipment in its Hsinchu fab with more advanced 8-inch wafer processing systems at an undisclosed point in the future." Is the 8-inch wafer system Cymer equipment or in any way requires the purchase of Cymer's equipment? thanks in advance.
