I would suggest taking a longer picture, as short term there are plenty of divergences. I was definitely making a generalization but I think it's valid.

The Rut2K is up almost 10% sine Early Feburary against IBB.
It's almost have if the Boyz knew the least likely assumptions by the masses
and traded against it. If so, now may be a very good time to Short the Rus2K. This is exactly
what I'm doing.
