TLC--I somehow thought you would view my being called a vulture a compliment. That's fair enough, I thought it a compliment too. Regarding the evil unAmerican activity of shorting. I don't know anyone who sells a stock they think is about to go up. A long selling is hoping to sell right at peak. Thereby sticking some lucky soul with the ensuing decline. It seems pretty obvious to me that neither a short or a long is trying to do a favor to the one he is doing the transaction with. We humans incidentally have a word for the wonderful 'soups' chicken chefs are turning out: gruel. Druss
