All the while claiming to sae the people in the company you KNOW you have shorted and can halt if necessary.> Yep, if you can find a company who lies to shareholders, and are able to short the stock, I bet you can make millions. I bet you could as well, especially if you had connections in Canada like you do Mr. Kugler, I hope the SEC investigates them as well. It just takes great DD. Information is what makes the markets.
