In the broad sense, if you think about it, what could have more impact on the financial world then global warming if it is real? For example, I would highly recommend not buying any waterfront property in Miami, or Norfolk Virginia, or any coast for that matter. And on the other side, I might want to invest in shipping that is taking advantage of the newly opened Northwest passage. The traffic through the Northwest passage has been increasing dramatically and saving companies untold amounts of money. But I find it strange when science upsets anyone? My instinct has always been to run to science and give it a full embrace and a kiss right on the mouth.
