I will definitely vote for the loss-prevention technique. Look at how poor inventory management done to AKLM, it is still suffering with all those good N64 titles in the market. To reduce the disadvantages of concervative inventory managment. THQI has installed EDI on its major customers. IMO, THQI has done an excellent job regarding inventory control. My only question is that will THQI has enough hot-selling games release in FY98 to achieve Todd's revenue estimate. I think it will and I trust Todd's estimate.

btw: I saw your post on SemTech, thanks. I still have some questions and hope you or Todd can help me.
