BY, I suggest you consider how jas. selling dollars back to us in exchange for their yen is a "sure psychological" play...
You see, we have absolute trainloads of Yen in our Exchange Stablization Fund heretofore mentioned by another this weekend. And we want our "dollars" back for a couple of reasons t'way I figure it.

Furthermore, owning our treasures like they do, they basically have a "sugar bowl" of US $ equal to their TBond a/w/a 2-5 yr notes total value. I propose tis just another "deriative" play in this world of
spin, perspective, and funny fiat.
