Elroy, that's offensive and defamatory. <the right-wing believes you have freedom of speech just so long as you say it where no one will hear it and post it where no one will read it. In public the right-wing wants us to be "politically correct" and pretend global warming doesn't exist, just as they used to insist on politically correct prohibitions on speaking about evolution or a spherical Earth.> You are racist. We scientists discovered evolution and a more or less spherical Earth and by scientific analysis know that CO2 up from homeopathic 280 ppm to 400 ppm is a good thing, not a bad thing and will not cause Global Doom. "Politically correct" in the context of carbon dioxide and Global Doom is that we are doomed, beyond the tipping point and people who disagree should be put in gaol [according to Loretta Lynch Mob, the absurd attorney general of the USA - amazing but true]. She is racist. You don't have to pretend Global Warming caused by people doesn't exist to see that it doesn't. You can just measure the actual temperatures, which has been done for hundreds of years and using satellites for a few decades now. There are also geological records which show temperatures over millions of years. Climate has never been in balance. Climate is just weather writ large and weather has also never been in balance. The graphs of predicted global warming by the dopey CO2 computer models all turned out to be totally bung with reality dropping out the bottom of them all. Which is all the information you need to know that The Settled Science is not only not settled but is totally laughably absurd. If they were even slightly humble in their "Settled Science" it would be understandable that they get so much wrong. But they are arrogant while being ignorant and stupid, which is the worst combination. Stupid is okay. Ignorant is normal. Both forgivable and we all suffer the limitations of our pathetic little 1kg wet chemistry devices which try to keep us on the straight and narrow while simultaneously leading us astray. Climate "science" is the worst of all worlds = arrogant, stupid, ignorant, powerful, popular. Our children won't know what snow is = what's all that white stuff then? There will be hurricanes galore and more powerful = fail = none at all since Katrina of any great import Tornadoes will ravage the landscape = no, they have not. There are few. The ice will melt = Antarctica is gaining ice, the Arctic is steady as she goes, Greenland is holding its own. Sea level will rise = It came up 250 metres over a few thousand years and the last little rise of a couple of millimetres a year is continuing as normal coming out of the Little Ice Age. Watch out for tsunamis though - there is real danger from sea level rise in one second, not one century. Temperatures will soar = no they haven't. Quite the opposite. 2020 analysis by the world's pre-eminent predictor back in October 2007 predicted the current little solar peak and a big cold starting in 2019, 2020. The Moslems will have to move back out of Sweden, along with everyone else as kilometres of ice accumulate like Greenland. The ice sheet will reach down nearly to London. Mqurice
