PC Docs Group looking to buy Fulcrum Technologies infoworld.com On completion of the purchase, PC Docs said it intends to continue running Fulcrum as a separate company that will retain the Fulcrum name and will be part of the PC Docs Group. PC Docs expects the acquisition will result in a restructuring charge, along with a "significant charge" for purchased research and development, according to the release. --- Can anybody tell me why they want to run it as a seperate company? Would it make sense to cut management and keep the workers or is Pcdocs management overworked. Sure doesn't look like it with the last quarter results. Thanks in advance. Mike
